What is the Contact 7 lens package?

• Contact7 is the Ultimate Contact Lens Replacement Package.

• Direct supply from our Support Office Distribution Centre every 3 months to your home, or to the store.

What are the benefits of Contact 7?

   Regular eye tests are essential to maintain good vision and eye health and at Vision Express we put your health first, that is why we provide a free eye test every year.
2. Aftercare service
   As a contact lens wearer you are required to attend regular check-ups (normally at least twice a year), these are essential to support healthy eyes and maintain everyday comfort in your contact lenses.
3. Supply of contact lenses and solutions
   Whether you choose to collect your lenses from our friendly staff in store, or opt for free home delivery, you will be guaranteed a continued supply of your chosen contact lenses, and solutions if needed.
4. Replacement Contact Lenses
   At Vision Express we understand that sometimes it can be frustrating if you accidentally tear a lens when trying to insert them, or if you loose them on your travels, so we provide unlimited replacement contact lenses.

Contact7 Customer Journey

1. You decide to join our Contact 7 Scheme
2. Registration fee plus 3 Direct Debit payments are payable
3. You leave the store with 3 months of Contact Lenses
4. You complete a Direct Debit Mandate - please see the DD calendar for dates
5. Your next supply of lenses is due after you have paid 3 DD payments
6. Direct shipment of lenses to your home or store

How does it work and how do I get started?

When you join you pay an initial registration and the cost of your first 3 months of lenses. The direct Debit will commence 2-6 weeks after joining. Ask in store to join Contact 7 today. Find your nearest store today »
