  1. Perfectly satisfied with the comfort and appearance of your glasses
    If you are not happy with the way your glasses look and feel, we will exchange them within 30 days.
  2. Totally satisfied with your prescription
    If for any reason you are not happy with the outcome of your eye examination, simply come back and see your optometrist again at any time, free of charge.
  3. Your glasses when you want, or free delivery*
    If it takes us longer than the time agreed to make your glasses, we will deliver them, wherever you want free of charge.
  4. Access to any frame in the world
    Wherever in the world you see a frame you want and we do not stock it; we will locate it for you within 48 hours.
  5. Complimentary minor repairs and servicing
    (or 2 years full breakage protection with a Grand Advantage card) Free replacement parts and minor repairs, with an emergency pair of glasses while you wait.
  6. Glasses made to measure
    If you are unable to find a frame to fit you, we will make it to measure.
  7. Competitive price guaranteed**
    If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference.

* Excluding overnight stores.
** Prices apply to like for like products sold via store networks only, not on products found at on-line only retailers. Your statutory rights are not affected.
