PRSI Entitlement
If you qualify for PRSI or Medical Card assistance, we can provide you with an application form. When authorised, this entitles you to a free eye test. The voucher can also be used towards the cost of glasses from alternative ranges.

We have a wide selection of frame styles to choose from all fitted with standard lenses. Your entitlement can be used towards the cost of glasses from an alterative range.
How to claim your benefit
Whether you have had an eye test or planning one you may be able to claim the cost back under PRSI entitlement. Application forms are available in-store please ask a member of staff.
Medical Card holders must first apply to your Health Board, application forms are available in-store please ask a member of staff. Once you have received your authorisation from the Health Board, call us to make an appointment. Remember, to claim your benefit you must bring in your form at the time of your appointment.
