| 22/08/2011 A recent study by Which? has shown that Vision Express has fared well against other Opticians when it comes to optical care. The study showed positive results for Vision Express with ‘good’ and ‘OK’ reviews, and no negative feedback. Despite the absence of negative scores, Vision Express is taking steps to improve its service.

| 06/06/2012 Vision Express have announced two new appointments intended to strengthen the role of professional services and their desire to be the best optical care provider in the UK and Ireland. Dr Rob Hogan has been appointed Professional Services Consultant, supporting Vision Express in a consultancy capacity.In addition, Omar Hassan has been appointed Head of Professional Services.
