How to return or exchange an item
Before you complete and send your return

Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Items that are damaged, marked or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

Everything must be in its original packaging including tags, cases, spare parts and accessories. Contact lens products must be unopened.

Products from different orders cannot be combined in one parcel. Please create a return label for each order.

Online orders cannot be exchanged. If you would like something different, simply return the item and place a new order.

To complete an online return you must complete and attach the correct customs form before sending your parcel. See full details in the customs information section below.
