All our glasses and sunglassesĀ come with free lifetime servicing, including minor repairs at no extra cost.
Terms and conditionsĀ
- Free lifetime servicing applies to all glasses and sunglasses bought at Vision Express.
- No proof of purchase is necessary.
- To receive this service customers need to take their glasses or sunglasses into store.
- The free lifetime servicing includes frame and side adjustments, nose pad adjustment and/or replacement.
- During service, Vision Express colleagues will also tighten loose screws and give glasses a free clean and polish.
- The free lifetime servicing does not include fixing or replacing broken, cracked or scratched lenses, frames or arms as they constitute damage - which requireĀ repair rather than servicing.
