Returns

If you are not happy with the product you have bought and wish to return your purchase to Vision Express, refer to the information below. Please note, the returns process is different for purchases made online and in store.

You can return any unused contact lenses by post within 30 days of receiving them.

Simply call our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 800 038 2177 to request a returns label. The label will then be emailed to you, following which you should print it out, attach it to your returns parcel and send it back to us via your local post office.      

Contact lenses can only be returned if they are as new and unopened.

Refunds for purchases made online can only be made via post and cannot be dealt with at any Vision Express store.

Sunglasses can only be returned if they are as new, unmarked and have all original tags and labels.
