Hormones and eye health

If you’ve noticed yours or your children’s eyes changing as you both get older, this could be due to hormonal changes. Whether it’s puberty or the menopause, as we age, it’s natural for our eyesight to change.

These changes to your vision and eye health due to hormonal changes aren’t always permanent. However, it’s best to have regular eye tests and speak to your optician, so you can stay on top of any changes to your eyes.
